"The Boy Project" book report

The book I will be reviewing today is The Boy Project by Kami Kinard. This story is full of drama romance, laughs, and graphs! It's a creative story and I am excited to share it with you!

The story follows Kara McAllister, and single girl surrounded by middle school couples. She's totally jealous, and is desperate for a boyfriend. So, as her science project, she decides to use the scientific method to find one! With graphs, data, experiments, and tons of dramma, her work pays off and she gets a boyfriend. And its someone she never expected...

Kara McAllister is a young middle schooler around 12(I think). She's super crafty and is very head strong. She's dedicated to her work and loves to laugh.  These characteristics help her study.

One of the most important parts of the story, is at the beginning of the book, where we learn about Kara's past experiences with boys. It really sets up the rest of the book. Also, it really sets up Kara's insecurities and despretness.

The Boy Project is a story of drama and romance. The drama, characters, and twist at the end made this story very enjoyable. I suggest you read it as well!

Rena Rouge Reveiw

The episode of Miraculous that I will be reviewing today is Sapotis. In this episode, the new superhero, Rena Rouge, appears. Let’s talk about it!

The episode starts with Alya and Marinette babysitting Alya’s little sisters. The children are mischievous and refuse to go to bed. Alya keeps telling them that if they don’t, they’ll lose going to the Amusement Park tomorrow. But they disobey, losing that privilege! HawkMoth then evilizes them into the SAPOTIS, impish creatures that multiply when they eat. There are so many, that Ladybug and Chat Noir can’t defeat them on their own. So, Ladybug goes to Master Fu for help. He gives Ladybug other miraculous to distribute, as long as she gives it back. She gives the fox miraculous to Alya, making her Rena Rouge! They save Paris from the Sapotis and, after much hesitation, ALya gives back the miraculous.

The part of the episode I find most important is at the end of the episode, when Alya has to give the miraculous back. At first she doesn’t want to return it but keeps her promise. It really shows how loyal she is to her idol!

I loved a lot of this episode. We got to see a wonderful new twist on the series, and more of the mystery of the miraculous! The show does not often gives us new characters. So when it does, it’s a big deal! The only thing that upset me was when Alya had to give the miraculous back! It seems the show it holding back from extending its character line!

This episode was astounding. It had a new character and plot development. I can’t wait to see more like it!
